We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.
We have introduced a delivery calculator at the basket page to work out available delivery options for your order based on location, size, and weight.
Free delivery promotions apply to UK addressed orders only and are applicable to orders over £50.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer a collection service.

The price you pay for a delivery service within the UK depends on:
the size and weight of your item
whether you want to track your item or get confirmation of delivery
Royal Mail 1st Class services cover the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man, Isle of Wigh, Jersey, Guernsey.
DPD Next Day Delivery is charged at £8.99 per parcel (up to 5 kg)
DPD 2 Day Delivery is charged at £17.99 per parcel (up to 5 kg)
*If your order is over £50.00, your delivery would be free of charge.
** Certain postcodes in Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wigh, Scilly Isles, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland are charged at £17.99 for DPD 2 Day Service and not free of charge when order is over £50.00 .

UK Delivery times:
Royal Mail 1st Class – 1-3 working days
DPD Next Day Delivery – 1 working day
DPD 2 Day Service – 2 working days
The above delivery times are subject to placing your order before 1pm GMT Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm GMT on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday, will be dispatched the next work day.
Our DPD Courier will arrive between 9am and 6pm on the day of delivery. Please ensure that somebody will be around to receive your order. If you not, we can arrange for your order to be dispatched on another day or to an alternative address.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Return and Refund Policy
This policy sets out the returns policy for goods and services purchased through our online store operated by Take a Break Teas & Herbs.
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days following the day you receive the goods by emailing us at the address shown in the 'contact us' section of the website.
Your product must be complete and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. It must not have been used. It should be returned with the original box and packing you received with it. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
If you follow the steps above you will receive a full refund of the product price except any delivery charge paid.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Our card sending service cannot be returned for a refund, as this service begins as soon as you make the payment.
If the item you purchased was faulty or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within 30 days.
If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
